Amazing bike but the tire came flat and the rim is bent but it’s fine I still love the bike haven’t rode it in about 5 days but still nice to have
May have taken quite a longer time to arrive then expected, but extremely good customer support and actually a great product, the brake lever replacement was alot better then i was expecting
This is a fantastic bike. It seems very well made, it has great mileage, a small turning radius and smooth acceleration. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the bike to others.

Make your bikes non proprietary parts. Make them as easy to fix as a 1940s Willys jeep.
Remember when Apple started making their charge cords for their phones and products proprietary? What happened? People stop buying them. As early in the mid 2000s companies were making apple charging cords that would work with any Apple product. You had to buy one of their chords from their stores at a marked up price that was ridiculous. How did that work out?
How could you not see this? What do you think's going to happen with ebikes w people start to realize how hard it is to keep them going after so many years?
Make all frames upgradeable. Never sell a bike frame that you can't add a battery or swap motors.
What people find after buying a factory bike is that there are more powerful faster options available to them with other companies. Why don't you offer that?
Ich habe meinem Sohn das GT73 Pro gekauft. Nach dem fertigen Zusammenbau, den ich, Frau 45 ohne Probleme alleine geschafft habe, musste ich das Bike natürlich ausprobieren. Es macht so viel Spaß damit zu fahren! Leider ist mein Kind auch begeistert, also konnte ich es nicht selbst behalten
